Our initiatives
Orbico supports Art
Orbico Supports Art is a cultural project and leading initiative of the Orbico Group, which was created to support and assist young artists developing in the field of fine arts. The initiative, which aims to be implemented in other of the group's leading countries, aims to give artists a platform for expression as well as encouragement to continue to develop in the field of arts.

Plant the Pencil
Walking the green path of sustainability and the shared dream of a better future, Orbico Group created the Plant the Pencil initiative - an inspiring new sustainable project that was launched in early April this year and reached over 8,000 employees across the Group.The name of the project comes from his idea as we made and distributed special pencils from eco materials that contain seeds in their tip. After use, they can be planted to grow into a beautiful sunflower or daisy.Through this initiative, we hope to inspire our employees, and more, and contribute to a more sustainable and more colourful shared future for our planet!

Orbico Heart
"The Heart of Orbico", as part of the company's sustainable strategy and transformation, is another of our initiatives that is focused on both environmental protection and subsequent recycling, as well as charity - in support of the national campaign "Caps for the Future".
We placed the first "heart" for cap collection at the entrance of one of the company's leading bases in 2021, and today, there are already such hearts in many of them, as well as in the sites of some of our partners.

Orbico Beehives
The worldwide decline of bees is one of the global problems of our days and that is why Orbico has launched the initiative "Orbico Supports Beehives".
We believe that by adopting hives in leading countries of our group, we will help to protect bees, which are the largest pollinators and make a key contribution to maintaining the ecosystems and biodiversity of our planet.

Orbico Best Idea
Best Idea is an annual competition for the best ideas organised bythe Orbico Group, involving all employees and departments from across the company
Orbico Group created the inspiring Best Idea competition more than a decade ago. It takes place every year and is open to all employees from the Group's twenty-one countries, giving them the opportunity to share their best ideas and projects from the past year. The event is held in a different country each year in the form of a glamorous Gala, which is broadcast online so it can reach all employees.
This burst of creativity is essential to the identity of Orbico Group - the creators of the BEST IDEAS.
